Sandy has been in the real estate business for over 25 years. In 1997 Sandy, along with 2 partners purchased Rhinelander Realty, the largest real estate firm in Rhinelander. In January 2006 Rhinelander Realty was purchased by First Weber Group and she became a Vice President and Manager of the First Weber Rhinelander Office.
In addition to a Brokers License, she has obtained three other real estate designations which include:GRI, Graduate of Real Estate Institute; CRS, Certified Residential Specialist and CRB, Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager.
Sandy is very involved in the Northwoods Board of Realtors and is currently serving as the 2005/2006 President. In addition she has served as the 1991-1993 President of the Greater Northwoods MLS; the 1986/1987 President of Northwoods Association of Realtors and was the 1986 Realtor of the Year. Sandy is currently serving on the Wisconsin Realtors Legal Action Committee and Forms Review Committee.
Sandy has served on a variety of community committees. She was on the Rhinelander Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for 6 years, a member of the Newbold Land Use Planning Committee and a Loan Committee Member for Northwoods State Bank. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the Lake Mildred Property Owners Association and an advisory for Lilac Villa, Inc. Sandy holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from UW Oshkosh
