WHAT IS LILAC VILLA?
Lilac Villa is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). It is a not-for-profit corporation created for the purpose of establishing a retirement living facility to serve the Rhinelander and Oneida County area Senior Citizens. And to promote assistance to the Senior Citizen and build richer and more productive lives with the self-help approach; to promote medical, educational and rural assistance from all possible sources; to encourage self-help programs for the effectiveness of adequate living standards, and to offer continuing care throughout your lifetime.

What is a CCRC?
A Continuing Care Retirement Community provides housing and health services to mature adults under a long-term contract providing lifelong access to a full continuum of care, including Assisted Living and skilled nursing.

Is there an age requirement for CCRCs?
Yes, most communities require that an individual, or at least one member of a couple, be at least 55 years of age.

Are CCRCs expensive?
You may be pleasantly surprised if you compare the cost of maintaining a home with the cost of living in a CCRC, where virtually all expenses are covered by one monthly fee. If you own your own home, it is very likely that your personal finances will accommodate a Lilac Villa lifestyle. There are many payment options that you can consider when choosing to move to a CCRC. What is included in the monthly fee?
Typically in a CCRC, one monthly fee includes access to your home, plus all the benefits of living in the community -- meals, utilities, home maintenance and landscaping services, cultural programming, all real estate taxes, housekeeping, and access to 24-hour emergency call services. What type of health services does a CCRC offer?
At Lilac Villa, the focus is on promoting healthy, active lifestyles, so you can stay at your best. But if your needs ever change, you have access to a full continuum of care. As part of Villa Senior Options, Lilac Villa incorporates the latest philosophies into each of its offerings, so you can be assured of high quality care if you ever require Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing services.
To accommodate all kinds of budgets, Lilac Villa offers three flexible, refundable financing options to suit your individual needs. Each plan offers you a way to offset the future cost of assisted living and skilled nursing care, should you ever need those services.*

PROGRAMS

100%:
This program provides a 100% refundable entrance fee with no discounts on health care.

90% / 10%:
Your entrance fee is 90% refundable and you also receive a 10% discount on future healthcare services.

50% / 50%:
Your entrance fee is 50% refundable, but you receive a 50% discount on future healthcare services.
